Creator Kit

Prepare an original visual brief, storyboard and delivery checklist for graphics, presentations or an optional video path.

AI CRAFT PAD TASK KIT

Your outcome

An approved creative brief, a reviewable storyboard or draft, and checked export files.

Best for: Creators, designers and small teams planning a concrete visual deliverable.

Editorial update: 2026-11-02 · One local agent run recorded; see the checked example for source versions and limits.

Before you start

  • Use a project, files or media you are authorized to inspect. Start with copies or a staging environment.
  • Check the selected skill source, license, agent support and local dependencies before installing it.
  • Agree on a small acceptance example and preserve the original input before changing anything.

Costs, licenses and data

The checked canvas-design package has Apache-2.0 terms; community presentation-deck and verification-before-completion have MIT repository terms. Fonts, assets, local rendering dependencies and your agent retain separate terms and possible costs. The recorded video used an existing FFmpeg installation. Optional Remotion is a separate untested reference with its own license eligibility; no external software is installed by this website.

Follow the workflow

Define the audience, the one message and the required delivery format before selecting a creation tool. Use the canvas component for an original static visual or the presentation component for an editable storyboard. The checked presentation path uses the community presentation-deck reference. Its optional video was rendered locally with FFmpeg; Remotion remains a separate reference and was not executed. Preserve source permissions and brand constraints. Evaluate the exported artifact at its actual size, then verify file properties and delivery completeness. The kit does not generate assets or publish content from this website.

  1. STEP 1

    Write the creative contract

Specify audience, message, dimensions, duration where relevant, brand assets, allowed source material and acceptance conditions. Decide whether the deliverable is a static graphic, editable presentation or actual video. Keep unapproved claims out of the brief.

    Review canvas-design →
  2. STEP 2

    Build a reviewable direction

Create an original visual direction or an editable storyboard with deliberate hierarchy and spacing. Use placeholders only when they are clearly labelled. Review copy, image rights and brand consistency before expanding into a full asset set.

    Review presentation-deck →
  3. STEP 3

Render a video only when requested

Choose an authorized local renderer and verify its separate dependencies and terms. The checked example used an existing FFmpeg installation, not Remotion. Export a real clip and inspect its complete playback; a slide deck or still preview is not a video.

    Review verification-before-completion →
  4. STEP 4

    Check the actual delivery

Inspect the final graphic, rendered slide pages or complete video. Verify dimensions, duration, legibility, audio where applicable, naming and required file count. Compare the final export with the agreed brief and keep a short review record.

    Review verification-before-completion →

Try a small example

Synthetic planning fixture. The expected result is a target to verify, not a claimed live execution.

Input

Synthetic brief: a 1080×1920, 15-second product announcement using three authorized screenshots. One message, one call to action, no invented testimonials. Output requested: storyboard first, then a separately approved video export.

Expected result

Three five-second storyboard scenes with a clear message, product evidence and call to action. The eventual MP4 is checked for 1080×1920 dimensions, approximate 15-second duration, readable text, actual motion and complete playback. The storyboard alone is labelled as planning output.

CHECKED LOCAL EXAMPLE

See the example we checked

Recorded local agent check: 0/6 before, 6/6 after; independent repeat 6/6.

  • An agent wrote an original design philosophy, a source-linked scene register and a three-slide editable PPTX.
  • The agent rendered a new silent 1080 by 1920 MP4: 15 seconds, three scenes.
  • The entire video decoded without error; three sampled frames differ. All six artifact checks passed independently.

Check limits: Three editable slides and a silent local FFmpeg video from original synthetic images. No native PowerPoint rendering, Remotion execution, audio production or general design-quality certification.

Environment and source evidence

Windows 11; Codex CLI 0.147.0 / gpt-5.6-sol; Python 3.12; reviewed local dependencies, no paid API key.

Checked 2026-11-02. One bounded synthetic case in a single local Codex process that sequentially checked four kits; no production access or paid API key.

Recorded agent workflow check

The selected source versions match the recorded run.

One local Codex agent read three pinned instruction files, built an editable storyboard and rendered a new local video. Result: 0/6 before → 6/6 after → 6/6 independent repeat.

Exact skill versions and test scope

canvas-design package: Apache-2.0; community presentation-deck and verification-before-completion: MIT repository terms. Restricted Anthropic PPTX instructions and optional Remotion runtime were excluded.

Three editable slides and a silent local FFmpeg video from original synthetic images. No native PowerPoint rendering, Remotion execution, audio production or general design-quality certification.

Repeat the check

Read integration-notes.md for artifact inspection and separate tool requirements. The standard-library check.py remains a smaller fixture check; it does not rerun the agent or all artifact checks. Repeating an agent run can consume your provider allowance.

Try it on your computer

  1. Download and extract the example into a new disposable folder. Read README.md and the source files.
  2. With Python 3.10 or newer, run the command below from that folder. It uses the standard library; no API key, agent or package installation is needed for this check.
  3. Open example-output/report.html or report.md and inspect result.json. The form and optional video-render instructions are in README.md.
  4. For your own task, review the selected skills below, install one appropriate component through your agent, then adapt the brief to your project.

Start with this brief

Copy this starting point into your agent, then supply the agreed project or files. Copying does not install a skill or run an external action.

Check the deliverable

  • The brief states audience, message, format and measurable delivery requirements.
  • Every external asset has an identified permission or license basis.
  • Drafts and placeholders are clearly distinguished from final exports.
  • Actual export files match dimensions, duration, naming and required count.
  • Video playback and audio, when applicable, are checked from beginning to end.

The recorded synthetic example passed 6/6 checks after one local agent run and 6/6 in an independent repeat. Consult the checked example for exact source versions and limits. Repeat the acceptance checks against your own actual deliverable; this result does not certify another project, environment, agent or later source version.

Review the selected skills

Open each source review for installation, license, compatibility and safety signals. Select the components relevant to your task; the kit is not an automatic installer.
