AI Video Performance Prompt Builder
Direct a reaction through eyes, posture and breath. Build an editable acting brief with a separate negative prompt.
Your scene
No sign-up. Prompt text stays in this page. This tool assembles text; video generation happens in the model you choose.

Your editable prompt
Set duration and ratio in the generator too. Model behavior varies; this builder does not call a video API.
Add your scene or load an example to begin.
If your model has no negative field, rewrite the main prompt positively and omit unsupported settings. Copying a prompt does not generate a video.
How to use this builder
- Define one shot. Name the subject, starting pose and reason for the movement. Use reference images you own or have permission to use.
- Choose a small motion budget. Combine one primary action with one camera move. For a face close-up, begin with a locked camera and subtle performance.
- Build, then edit. Remove conflicting instructions. Keep timing within the selected duration and change the output text if your model expects a different format.
- Generate and review. Set supported controls in the video service. Inspect identity, eyes, hands, background and final frames before using the clip.
A visible reaction beats a mood label
“Make the cyclist relieved.”
The emotion is named, but the model has no visible change to follow. Adding more style adjectives will not clarify the performance.
Release, then settle
The cyclist exhales slowly, shoulders relax and a small smile forms after the breath. The gaze stays toward the shelter; the camera remains still.
Load Quiet relief above for a complete editable example. A useful first test is one controlled reaction in six seconds, followed by a second render with just the intensity changed.
Where it helps
- Character close-ups: describe attention, a reaction and a stable end pose.
- Storyboard revisions: keep the scene constant while changing the emotional beat.
- Product explainers with a presenter: request restrained expression without adding distracting gestures.
For speaking characters, supply audio through a compatible lip-sync workflow. Emotion directions alone do not control phoneme timing or create a licensed voice.
Limits to plan around
- This is a deterministic text builder, not a video generator, model evaluator or quality score.
- Long gestures, simultaneous camera moves and changing backgrounds can increase temporal errors. Simplify after a failed test.
- Negative prompts, exact durations, ratios and audio controls depend on the selected model. Check its current documentation.
- Requested consistency and matching loop endpoints still require frame-by-frame review. No preset guarantees identity, realistic anatomy or a seamless loop.
- The builder does not store inputs or send them to a generation API. Normal site analytics and cookie settings are described in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is this free to use?
Yes. Building, editing and copying text here is free. A separate video generator may charge credits or require hardware.
Which video models does it support?
The output is plain text with model-neutral sections. Enter a model name as a delivery note, then adapt the text and settings to that model. This is not an API integration.
Why is the negative prompt separate?
Some generators accept a dedicated negative field; others do not. Use that field only when supported. Otherwise describe the desired stable behavior in the main prompt.
Can I edit the generated prompt?
Yes. Both result boxes are editable. Copy uses your current edited text. Clicking Build prompt again replaces the results with a fresh version from the form.
Will a six-second prompt produce exactly six seconds?
Only if the chosen generator supports that duration and you set it there. Text is a creative instruction, not an export setting.
Continue your video workflow
For editing after generation, follow the short-clip editing method or build a broader plan with the Content Repurposing workflow.
