RetDec decompiles machine code into a higher-level representation for inspection. It can provide another perspective on a native function when one decompiler's output is unclear. Keep the exact binary and architecture context, then compare important control flow with assembly. Different pseudocode does not by itself prove which interpretation matches the original program behavior.
Use as a second view
Select a bounded function or program question and retain the output alongside raw instructions. Compare calls, branches and constants rather than choosing the most readable pseudocode automatically.
Limits
Optimizations and missing symbols make source reconstruction uncertain. Validate a proposed behavior with the binary or a controlled scenario before publishing it as fact.
