Frida provides dynamic instrumentation for an authorized running process. Choose it when a static hypothesis needs a controlled observation of calls, values or timing on a specific device or host. Record the application build and environment before collecting evidence. Instrumentation changes the runtime setting, and a single trace cannot prove every possible execution path.
When runtime evidence matters
Use a small, repeatable scenario and target only the function or API needed for the question. Compare the observation with static code and retain the script, process version and device context.
Permissions and scope
Dynamic access may expose user data or connected services. Use a test account and authorization. The license of a release-binary repository does not establish the terms of all Frida components; review the component actually used.
